Ana Carolina Padilla Alduvin, a Honduran national, holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Zamorano University and a Master’s in Project Management from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) in Honduras. For the past ten years, she has served as an Instructor for the Fruit and Perennial Crops Module in the Agricultural Engineering program at Zamorano University, where she teaches students the management of various tropical fruit crops through the Learn by Doing methodology in the field.
