Biography

Agricultural Engineer from Universidad del Valle with a master's degree in environmental engineering, line of research in monitoring, modeling and management of natural resources from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He has worked in projects focused on the sustainable management of natural resources, water and soil, mainly in the design and implementation of irrigation systems, evaluation of water resource management indicators and efficient water management in agricultural production systems, design and evaluation of fertilization programs and estimation of plant nutritional requirements. He is currently participating in research projects on biophysical valuation of land for avocado production, soil and water resource management in guava and avocado, and establishment of quality seed production schemes in banana and guava.
