Seeking the co-construction of intercultural solutions for food and nutritional sovereignty and security

Agrosavia together with stakeholders and the Arhuaco people in the co-construction of intercultural solutions that impact sovereignty, food and nutritional security. Representatives of the Association of Arhuaco Authorities of the Sierra Nevada-ASOCIT met at the Indigenous House of Valledupar.
With collaborations in addition to ethnic technical assistance with experience in agroecology and revitalization of gardens with biofortified crops in 6 Arhuaco communities in the municipalities of Valledupar (Isrwa, Umuriwa and Jugaka) and Pueblo Bello (Nabusimake and Jewrwa), which cover the entire spectrum of variability of thermal floors of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, he presented the acceptance and advantages that the ancestral communities have indicated regarding the consumption of the varieties of biofortified beans from AGROSAVIA.
