On July 25th, the Technical Secretariat of FONTAGRO successfully conducted a virtual training workshop on Project Management, aimed at the technical and financial teams of executing and co-executing agencies involved in projects funded by FONTAGRO and other organizations.
This workshop, which will be updated in future editions, aims to provide participants with essential tools and knowledge to manage their projects efficiently and effectively.
During the session, key aspects of project management were explored, covering administrative and technical components, as well as knowledge and communication management. Additionally, frequent inquiries related to daily execution were addressed, facilitating a valuable exchange of experiences and best practices.
FONTAGRO sincerely thanks all participants for their commitment and enthusiasm. Active participation in this workshop is essential for strengthening the necessary knowledge to improve project management, thereby contributing to the development of agri-food systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.
